On a day jam packed full of sparks of inspiration and new connections, taking the time to reflect on what you are learning is really valuable and important.

We’d like to create the space for you to catch a moment of quiet reflection.  Time for you to digest what you’ve heard so far and listen within to see how it’s resonating with you.

In this workshop running over lunchtime, you'll experience a few simple, practical mindful techniques you can harness on those days when you want to catch your breath.  The kind you can easily take back to school with  you and techniques perfect for teachers who are short on time.

You'll also have a few moments of quiet to reflect on the nuggets of wisdom and insight you've gained from the conference so far.

This half an hour short serenity session, will be held in the beautiful and serene chapel at Berkhamsted School, with it's impressive stained glass and viewss of trees and nature.

Here’s what delegates from TLAB15 thought:

  • “Fantastic day! Was slightly hesitant about giving up a Saturday but so glad I did! Was a great day of learning and thinking about/reflecting on my own teaching practice.”
  • “Great day! Took away a new thirst for different aspects of teaching and learnings.”
